Working with Florium follows three steps: a consultation, a proposal and the creation of the flowers. The consultation takes place at the atelier in Pueblo Nuevo or at your hotel, home or venue. The proposal sets out seasonal flowers, colour palette, scale and mood, and no two are the same. Florium then creates, delivers and sets up the flowers; for regular clients, the cycle repeats and improves with each delivery. Hotels work with Florium on an annual contract, and private homes on a weekly or fortnightly subscription. The hotel contract includes weekly delivery for lobby, restaurant, bedrooms and bar, a seasonal design refresh twice a year, a dedicated account manager and quarterly billing. The home subscription covers design, delivery and set-up in your villa or residence in Sotogrande, with something different at every visit. Florium takes on eight weddings a year, and each one is booked through an application rather than a standard enquiry. The application tells the atelier your date, venue and vision before it confirms whether it can take on your wedding. The bridal bouquet is the speciality of Florium, the atelier Rossi Luke founded in Sotogrande more than twenty years ago, and it is treated as the most important piece of the day. Florium does not work from a price list: each hotel contract, home subscription and wedding is costed through its own proposal. The figure depends on the spaces involved, the scale of the arrangements, how often they are delivered and the flowers in season. Florium delivers across Sotogrande, San Roque and the Campo de Gibraltar, with same-day bouquet delivery in Sotogrande for orders placed before 12:00. Bouquets are made at the atelier in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro and delivered by the Florium team. Hotel, residence and wedding projects further along the Costa del Sol are agreed case by case.
